Xcel Gold Competitive Team
Our outstanding team coaches are knowledgeable and trained in the best and most current techniques, they believe in giving athletes lots of hands on training and attention. Our effective and structured program is the key to your success; let us prepare your gymnast to be at the top of her level, while training minimal hours.
Level 6-10 Optional Team
Our optional team consistently places in the top 3 at every level, while developing our gymnasts to compete at regional and national championships and earn college scholarships. Elite Program
Desert Lights currently has Arizona’s only elite program. Elite is the highest level of Gymnastics, competing nationally and internationally, representing the USA in competitions like World Championships and the Olympics. Our elites attend national team training camps at Karolyi’s Ranch and compete in the USA Championships! If elite is your goal, Desert Lights is the place for you.
