Open Gym continues each Saturday from 12:00 to 2:00pm. This is the perfect place for your gymnast to perfect their gymnastics skills in a state of the art facility supervised by our trained staff for only $5!! The August Back Handspring and Tumbling Clinic will be held on Saturday, August 18 at 2:30pm (after Open Gym). This is the perfect place for gymnasts, cheerleaders and dancers to get extra practice on back handsprings as well as basic tumbling skills and more advanced skills for those who are ready. The Clinic is open to all levels-from students still mastering cartwheels and round-offs to students working back tucks and layouts. Students will be grouped by level and according to the skill they are working. The cost is only $10 for 1 hour of specialized training by our master staff. The annual "Kick-Off the Season" Desert Lights Compulsory Team Inter-Squad will be held on Saturday, August 25, at 3:00pm. Come watch our award-winning Level 5 & 6 teams and Desert Lights' first ever Level 4 competition team, as they get ready for the 2007 competition season!!

Desert Lights will be closed for the end of the summer break from Monday, August 27 through Monday, September 3, which is Labor Day. Desert Lights 4-week August Session runs from Monday, July 30 to Saturday, August 25. The September Session begins on Tuesday, September 4. Monday class students may schedule their make-up through the front desk.
