Lights is the Level 6 Team Champion for the 5th year in
a row!
Congratulations
to all our awesome gymnasts and the All Around Champions
from the Level 4, 5, & 6 State Meets: Alisa Murphy,
Brittany Yee, Jessica Ginn, McKindree Patton, Aubrey Ray,
Jaylyn Bogle, Mackenzie Barile, Cameryn Yow, Claudia Hastings,

Congratulations
to Stefani Catour and Mykayla Skinner. They have
completed another successful Elite Development Camp
under the watchful eye of Marta Karolyi at Karolyi's
Ranch in Houston, Texas. The future holds many exciting
National and International Competitions for them!

HOLIDAY BREAK

Desert
Lights will be closed from December 21 through January
3. The January session will begin on Monday, January
4. These two weeks are not included in your December
or January 4-week Sessions - you will still get a
full, four-weeks of classes!

ANNUAL CANDY CANE CLASSIC
|
Its
not too late to get your entry in for this Desert
Lights tradition. Gymnasts will show off their skills
for friends and family in a fun competition. All
gymnasts will reeive ribbons, a medal, a special
gift designed just for the 2009 Candy Cane Classic
and a fun performance opportinity! Get your entry
form from your instructor or at the front desk.

EVALUATIONS
|
|
Evaluations
will be handed back this month. Each gymnast will
receive a written evaluation of their skills so that
they will know exactly what they need for the next
level. Those gymnasts progressing to the next level
may schedule their new class for the January Session.
