Halloween is on Monday, October 31. Desert Lights will close at 5:30 on Halloween so that our students may trick or treet and take part in holiday festivities. Monday, students that will miss their class may schedule their make-up through the front desk.

Our Fall Office hours are as follows:

Although the gym is open other hours, these are the only times that there is a receptionist available for questions, purchases, or payments that need to be made in person. Checks can be placed in the drop box by the front door, or mailed anytime. We try to return all phone messages left during our office hours, but if your call has not been returned in a timely fasion, please call us again. Sometimes answering machine messages have static or are unclear and we cannot make out names or phone numbers. Thanks!!

1. You don't need to check in at the front desk unless you are doing a make-up. Your instructor will check you in. Students can wait in the area in front of the beams or upstairs with parents until class.

2. Please make sure to collect your belongings from teh locker room before leaving. Make sure you have your things and not someone else's, as many shoes and clothing look alike.

3. All parents and siblings must wait in the upstairs viewing area or outside to keep the walkway clear for gymnasts and coaches. By order of the Fire Marshall, the walkway by the front door, offices and bathrooms must be kept clear. For this reason, there can be no strollers.

4. Parents, please supervise siblings of gymnasts so they are not wandering outside or being disruptive in the viewing area or restrooms.
